This is true. But according to Volume-Book stats, Sarada is almost on par with Sakura when it comes to dexterity.

again Naruto as a Genin, a Pig and two little frogs dodged a fast moving twin snake attack that caused even more damage so you would need to consider that compared to a SHANNARO punch to the ground

in the war arc we have ninja's basically free falling down from great heights, aka their jumping height is really high

Yes everyone who isn´t a some version of fodder clone with zero reflexes would dodge that. Even Chiyo did the same against 3 Kazekage attack which works in same way as this one.

Depends on the user and magnitude, replace sarada with adult sakura then boruto is pretty much screwed if he can't disrupt it before it lands. on the other hand, if it's used defensively like tsunade did when naruto charged at her with rasengan it could disrupt boruto. hard to say and kinda pointless since it's ikemoto's take on it now
