Base on power the rinnegan is powerful ,however i fine that the each of the uchiha MS skill are very efficient or effective.
For example
Shsui ultimate genjutsu
Sasuke and Itachi tsukyomi,susano,amatersu
We also see yasaka magatama is the strongest long range attack.Onoki and gaara have to use their golem and sand to form 2 layer of defense.

Cant you read? It didnt say that it was the strongest long range attack in general, it said it was ITACHI's strongest long range attack. And you cant easily break down CT, Naruto needed to take the form of 8-Tails to break free from it. Which IMO is way more than Itachi's chakra levels, so Itachi cant solo CT.
