I still havent forgotten about this, has Kishi? Will this be forgotten forever or is it relevant for the future of Naruto? Does this mean the Juubi will once again be resureccted? If my hypothesis is correct, the Juubi will be resureccted, and Shikamaru will have the strategy to defeat it. Your thoughts?

Thanks, i had already forgotten about that. But Shikaku did tell Shikamaru to lead them if it fails. Shikamaru may play a key role in stopping Madara.

That plan was already executed, and worked (sort of). Naruto gave everybody his chakra, and Ino, Choji, and Shikamaru attacked to sever Madara and Obito's link to the Juubi.
