Wow, i wonder if I do a "do you guys drink carbonated beverages?" thread would I get some name calling and persecuting over a personal choice.

Fågs affect other people. You drinking pop affects no one but yourself. If you wanted to slowly kill yourself more power to you, but I do not want to be caught in the smoke's path.

I can just as easily argue that the creation of soda pop and junk food is killing kids. Im sure if I type online I could find something along the lines of obesity killing more people yadayada. Hell, even eating a banana shortens your lifespan because its radioactive(slightly), you wanna tell me someone should ban bananas? NO1 GONNA TOUCH MY BANANAS.

He wanted to argue the point of second hand smoke. Really. Second Hand smoke. There is more pollution in the enviroment that you breathe in a day than second hand smoke. Quite literally eating peanuts is more dangerous than second hand smoke. BTW go look up how many people are killed by dogs a year vs sharks. I dont know but im guessing dogs. Dogs that bite might have raibies. Its almost useless to argue affect of smoking on strangers. On yourself it could be argued that other lifestyle choices lead down the same path, such as an imbalanced diet. In the end, numbers dont justify anything. In all honesty, id give the last ten years of my life instead of shitting myself in a bed unable to move and hating my life. I could go on with stuff, but as I was trying to point out, in the end it is a personal CHOICE.

So? Those people are choosing to kill themselves. I choose to not drink pop and their drinking pop doesn't affect me. I also choose not to smoke but anyone who pops a fåg shares their smoke with me so they are sharing their bad choices with me.

Its up to the person. And take it from someone who does smoke and is addicted it doesn't make you look cool all it does is make someone that smokes. Simple as that. Other than the health risks and the money it takes up it doesn't really change anything

Chosing to kill yourself? Soda? Your entitled to dislike and not get affected by second hand smoke just as much as Al Gore dislikes the companies that polluted the environment, or the people that get brain cancer from the electric wires lining above all the streets. But the point you are arguing is so minuscule that it does not really have a direct impact on you, non-more than a fart does.

I don''t see why anothers life choice should bother another. As long as it doesn't affect you directly then hey why worry??. People should make their own mistakes and choices and should be able to do that without judgement and reserve
