The emotions raging during it, the sound four. The constant talk of this "Kimimaro" person and hyping him up for what, twenty-fourty chapters before he makes an appearance. The commentary by Orochimaru and Kabuto. All epic battles with sacrifice and tension.

And the final battle at the valley of the end. Kishi's best work right here

On part 1 Maddy and Hashi's battle was said to be so fierce that they created the valley of the end, seriously ppl if that didn't tell you the power levels would eventually be thru the roof, I dunno what to tell ya.

I'm not complaining, but this has nothing to do with ninjas anymore. We can't keep it on the same ground.

The same for bleach, they're just powerful dudes with powerful swords. But bleach was about soul reapers only in the first 20 episodes. After they went to so society, it was no more about soul reapers at all. Naruto's "transformation" took longer to happen.

You are right.
But I was expecting more uniqueness and more strategy and skills involved, but all I got was a Pokémon battle.

I know Naruto never had realistic ninjas but now it's seriously getting hilarious.

But the zombies are still undead, and the vampires still feed on blood. They have something that resembles their original concept.
That's my point. Naruto doesn't have anything that resembles ninjas. If you get "X", and change ALL of his characteristics, then it is no longer X, it's something else.
