No she is not. And the only reason kishi has recently developed her character was because of the amount of complaints he must have recieved by sakura fangirls (like the one trolling this thread). That and the fact that he is simply tying up loose ends as the manga is coming to a close (obviously the three were always going to 'mirror' the Legendary Sannin).

It's often a fanboy/fangirl that can lead to people hating a character; not the character itself. Fanboys/Fangirls are desperados with no life and no rationality.

Can Naruto and Sasuke heal? Are they good in poisons? No. People only judge "equals" with fighting. When Sakura can literally solo them both with prep time. Kankuro is alive why? Because of Sakura.. not because of Naruto or Sasuke.
