1. Frog song takes too long to even be executed by then Deva path would've known him and his sorry ass frogs 100 km west
2. Deva path would rape jman in taijutsu and with the mix of chakra rods, connected vision and Universal pull and almighty push. Pain and jman is a bad match up.

show me the proof when itachi soloed or atleast scratched obito...
and also no Jman cannot defeat pain even with intel, not atleast the deva path. the other paths he had a chance with intel if he was lucky enough. but no he cannot defeat pain. and pain was not shown to be weaker than obito and neither was obito shown to be weaker than itachi
