Basketball and Lacrosse.

I actually got into lacrosse this year and I'm pretty good.

Wrestling???

OT, Football and bowling

There ain't any wrestling gym in my island :/ however, when we were 14-15 we used to wrestle in a little sand pool that there was in our schoold :lmao:

I go to the gym 5 days a week. I also do volleyball and football (soccer) once a week.

At least you can wrestle. That is enough I think :sdo3:

In my school we created simple wrestling stage with a mattresses. Swanton Bomb was my favorite stunt/move XD

I guess you could say that. Im lifting weights and doing push-ups three or four times in a week in order to gain some muscle mass. I have very fast metabolism so its not so easy, but during last three months I went from 65kg to 71kg so I think Im doing pretty well. :)

not really, ill ride my bike and swim nowadays. also i like snowboarding in the winter and bowling

I want to try muay thai and boxing! :snick:

but still, I find the time to exercise like running around the village, taking up yoga classes (but not consistently), HIIT exercises found on youtube, sometimes exchanging routines like with the use of dumbells, jumping rope, hula hoop - easiest ways to burn fats. :)

PS. Planks are the best overall body toning

HIIT for the win :D and yes, planks are cool too. There has been a time in which I practiced planks every day

I play basketball but i wouldnt call that practicing a sport i guess.
