Do you like to talk about your issues to others or keep it to yourself and who do you usually go to talk about it.

I usually keep my issues to myself I dont really see the benefit externally or internally in doing it.

Only one friend I have I feel comfortable talking about what's really going on with me and even then I hardly ever bring up the negative things going on.

Not sure, I usually talk about everything all the time, I don't have much I keep inside, but there are some things that I keep secret cus I fear how people would percieve me if they got out, maybe I would talk about them if I would be at the end of a career.
Because at that point people will have already judged me and it doesn't matter.

Anyone specific you tend to go to about it? Family or friends?

Familywise nobody except my uncle, even then it's limited. I talk more with my friends about it (usually 1), unless they're online friends. I'm a little more open with them, and can discuss all sorts.

i usually save my deeper feelings for my music, not all of them because its not always interesting. but its alchemy, you take something that could be negative and make it positive by helping others who might be going through similar or translate a feeling so others dont feel alone, or feel better. though i also tell my girlfriend everything, we play therapist for each other

My mom is always there honestly, lol.
I also have my best friend and his girlfriend which I've had deep conversations with about shit I been going through. There's also a few internet friends who I wont tell everything to, but I would share some issues because I know them well enough to trust them with knowing some stuff, I think they like to know I'm okay because I'm not very fun when I'm all depressed and shit.

Besides that I do like to keep a lot to myself though, since I don't like to bother others that much with my issues and normally feel its for me to handle, and dont want to be that guy whose always annoying other people with their problems.

It depends on the level of impairment that you are experiencing from your issues. Most problems people can take and shrug off through their own coping skills. If something is causing significant impairment, and you aren't able to manage it on your own I would recommend professional care. Everyone has different thresholds for stress, so it is important to not judge others. Sometimes it takes a bigger person to ask for help.
