I personally wouldn't even consider this an amv. An Amv has editing in it, this does not. It's just a video of anime with a song placed over it.
What hasn't he done?
- Hasn't removed the subs.
- He just wanted to showcase this fight, didn't put much effort into the editing if there is any editing at all, which I doubt.

I give it a 3/10. Only for the music.

Yeah .... there used to be an amv Goku vs cell which was well edited in effects and all...
But i usually like the guy Robbakun's amvs epic :x3:
