(If you don't believe he's really 'beaten' just speak as if he was)

I personally do. It was very charming, though I was expecting a bit more action from the DNA Sword (because I don't remember the other name).

Naruto and Sasuke teamed up, Ying and Yang, the soon-to-be this generations Hashirama and Madara which was to prove just how far the shinobi world has progressed since then and how much more civil they were.

Kyuubisano was amazing. A formerly enslaved beast willingly fused with his old nightmare for the greater good.

Everybody prior to this speculated and complained 'Obito will be beaten with a rasengan as usual :|'. I'm going to assume those people are more pleased with this outcome, that Naruto and Sasuke's attacks both played an equally vital role. Rasengan was used to smash his shield, a combined attack in which all of K11 came in for so that they weren't neglected, which was genius on Kishi's part. He didn't forget to make use of the Kyuubisano so it wasn't just there and doing nothing.

That flashback was 10/10, loved it. I think this was perfect. Very refreshing.

No, apparently a Susano'o sword can slice the Nonuboku or Nunoboku sword, which is supposedly the sword which SO6P used to what i believe is carve some of the landscapes (not create the world).

Atleast he didn't get hit by a rasengan KO which happens all the time.

I dont believe its necessarily over for obito, but if it is obito's defeat was perfectly done in my mind. Kishi has been foreshadowing the regret that obito been feeling, and in this chapter we finally see obito regrets manifest in a way in the form of a what if flashback.

Awful... cliche... predictable... bull crap.
You predicted Sasuke would return and fuse with Kyuubi?
You thought the K11 rasengan combo was horrible?
You thought Obito's DNA sword and Susanoo blade clash was cliche?

Yes, sasuke broke the sages sword and killed Obito almost faster than the speed of light (jk, Minato FTG would have solo'd Obito, went to Naruto and Sasuke, shake Juugo's hand, get one of those rasengans, and hit Obito again.)

I actually liked Obito getting defeated here but I have to disagree with this.
1. This should have been obvious since it was introduced. One, it's a shiny new power. Of course, Kishimoto would hand it to the protagonist and deuteragonist. Two, Hashirama and Madara are parallels to Naruto and Sasuke. Naruto and Sasuke will do the things they do albeit slightly altered. Like fusing Sussano and Kurama but doing it as allies, not enemies.
2. Yes, it was horrible. Lee wielding chakra ruins his character even if it's temporary. Why the K11? They are plenty of more experienced jonin to do this, but just the named chunin can do this. Naruto calling them with chakra is silly and mildly disturbing. Too much teamwork. Naruto and Sasuke teamwork is plenty. Kishimoto seems to be ramming teamwork down our throats with ever single chapter
3. swords clashing and breaking are cliche.

Eh, didn't mind it, not to fond of the Juubi Jinchuriki dying from something Tsunade was able to survive though.

I liked it, one of the best finishing blows in the series.

I think Madara is going to help extend this fight. While it appears to be over. He still hasn't made his move to take over Obito's body.

No because a defeat like this would be terrible. Obito parallels Naruto. Obito also killed Naruto's parents. Naruto's the one that is destined/supposed to take down Obito.

"Like" is such a strong word. IMO Kishi failed too hard, he made Obito waaaay too powerful, and the power-scale in Narutoverse has gotten all f*cked up.

Anyway, for me this was the only way he could be beaten. Obito could not be beaten in terms of power, only in terms of will. I don't think he is dead or even hurt. He can probably regenrate, anyway. But knowing his will was beaten/overcome by Narutos will, he will "surrender" or stop the infinite tsukuyomi, and probably he will do even more. He will die of course, but from something else.

So I guess I kind of liked it, though I doubt he is actually "beaten", just in terms of will.
