Well, I personally love math and think it's one of the greatest things that came out of the human race. Nearly everything can be related to mathematics. Of course, maybe I won't like it as much in the future because I only finished Trigonometry this year, so..
I like math because it's an extremely creative way to challange the "system of math" per say. For example, say someone back in the day said "Well you can't do 3 - 5 because that number doesn't exist". Then a mathematician can come back with a new "invention" per say and say "Of course it does, it equals -2". This same method was used to do things like create imaginary numbers or create calculus, the list goes on. Basically it's because it's a never ending chain of new ideas and creations that can also be related to real life situations. Like the split octonions being related to the electron wave for example >.>..
I think of it as just one giant imaginary game to challenge the barriers of relative thinking. I think I like math too much >.>..
