Sadly, no.
I'm a mixed of Russian and French but due to me speaking English almost my whole life, I wasn't able to achieve any sort of accent except of an English accent [ US - Not British; even though I wasn't raised by a US family nor lived in US for too long; I lived there from the age of 9 to 10 and it did not contribute to my boring accent in any way due to me having that boring accent before I moved there ] which I find normal and aren't interesting whatsoever.
