For me scan one and two still can be acceptable.

Well, in all truth, the series opens up about a demon fox who can create destroy mountains and creat tidal waves with a swipe of its tail it was set up to powerscale like that.

Yeah. With final Kurama & EMS being the final. Tobi was Obito & Madara was just a title Obito could have used for intimidation--that's it. No reincarnations, made Juubi & Juubito be the final big bad. The only thing I liked out of the series going that long was seeing the power of both Kamui together.
