Yes I do want it to end. The war arc has been getting worse as time goes on. If we have another villain switch, it will likely be even worse than the Kaguya fight. I would be glad if it ends just like that.(even though it's terrible writing all round)

Also Kishi's writting just got worse and worse besides he has waited so long for his deserved rest... I think Kishimoto want to retire and he deserves it so even although ending was bad and wasted a lot of potential, it should end this arc and it is time to wrap everything.

In my opinion Kishi can't just summon all the previous Kages, and then just let them die ten minutes after! And Kishi also took Kakashi's sharingans which means the war is pretty much over i guess!!

Well Hagoromo called the previous Gokages from the afterworld to summon back Team 7 from Kaguya's dimension to the real shinobi world. There's no point in letting them stay longer as they've accomplished their goal and have no other roles to play. Plus, it stretches the theme of transmigration or reincarnation too far but that's already the case. Lol
