they say the original is dead and they all sensed it but it seemed that he always died and when it seemed that when zetsu(original) was always in toruple he would use a time laspe jutsu like what he did to the raikage.

Dont think so, simply because everytime a member of Akatsuki dies we get to see their background story.

Yep, he is dead because there is no way he can recover from amaterasu, he gotten melted a long time ago and stab in his vital spots + amaterasu doesn´t go away in 7 days so we can safely assume that he´s dead now.
