^Yeah definitely something is up. That plus him wanting to burn down all the bijuus leads to him wanting to kill Naruto. But I think Naruto might have already sensed it since he can sense hatred in BM.

Randomly kill him no. However, how they want to run Konoha differs greatly (well, it probably does. Sasuke thinks differently than Naruto on nearly everything, including the bijuus) and will probably cause them to fight. In that fight, Naruto may not want to kill Sasuke and he could hold back from landing a killing blow like he did at the Valley of the End, but I don't see Sasuke holding back this time at all.
