They’re both ninjutsu and can both be absorbed by Rinnegan or seal users, so far Amaterasu has the better feat of taking down a bijuu, but Samadhi doesn’t look like it drains the user the same way amaterasu did for itachi so I guess it really depends on what you value more. As of right now ama is stronger in feats while samadhi can be used more frequently wth zero drawback unless something gets proven otherwise

I think you didn't understand. She was first hit by Amaterasu before absorbing it. Which means she has to make contact first so it makes sense why she avoided Sasuke's enton spikes. And no Kaguya's regeneration ability is actually quite slow if you compare it to Madara's who immediately regenerated after losing his arm whereas Kaguya fought for quite a time before regenerating her arm back. That's why it makes sense why she avoided enton. She needs time before regenerating.

And Black Zetsu literally stated that Kaguya could absorb any jutsu prior to casting Amaterasu on her.

Negating Amaterasu would mean negating the entire jutsu at ones but she still had few flames attached to her body.

If Kaguya really had the ability to negate ninjutsu she could have negated Sasuke's enton spikes too but she avoided them.

It's too tough for me to call, I've reread the chapters and it seems to be absorbition the only problem is she has flames falling off her like Obito did after negation. However the seems the sound is the absorbtion one so you're likely right. I concede on this point.

Both you and Salamander are correct. Amatersu can only be absorbed by Kaguya upon contact but Flame control however turns the flames into a piercing fire, so even if she was to absorb the flames upon contact she'll still be impaled first before absorbing the ocular ninjuttsu.

In Salamander's defense, the point is that flame control (from what we've seen) is just Amatersu being changed in form to the highest degree. So Kaguya technically can and cannot absorb Amatersu flames at the same time.

I get where your coming from, the reason I was arguing for negation was because flames where falling off her similar to Obito's negation. In absorbtion they'd be drawn to her and taken in and not falling off. However it seems to be absorbtion based of the sounds so I'll concede.

actually acording to east asian cuilture myth japanese copy the shamadhi flames and give it different name and color in their culture . that is amaterasu . japanese culture have alot of thing are knock-off version of chinese . amaterasu flames are one of them
