Depends if Kishimoto wants to give her screen-time. She definitely could be another Tsunade. She has Uzumaki genes, high reserves, and should have strong chakra.

Even Boruto could make two or three clones, so I don't see why she can't do the same if she had enough skill to perform the said-so technique.

Dunno what you mean. Boruto already can create two (or was it three?) shadow clones. That's already showcasing high reserves, and that's taken into account that the child is 11-12.

No, not at all. Konohamaru canonically has only made one clone, and that was to create a Rasengan.

Edit; He also made a clone to do the Sexy Harem Jutsu as-well.

you should know one or two clones is not a very big difference. making one more clone doesn't make him having massive reserves

Just because you lost the debate doesn't mean you can run away stating that making a few clones doesn't mean high reserves. Even Kakashi said his reserves depleted quickly after making one Raiton clone, and you should know what the Shadow Clone technique does, and how skillful you have to be to actually use the technique. Boruto from my knowledge made two. Definitely not bad for a kid who has no special source of power, nor had any form of training from what we have seen.

Seeing how Himawari is the same as her brother, she would probably have the same amount of reserves. Better than anything this generation has to offer considering they are a mixture of Uzumaki/Hyuuga.

The only other person is Sarada who is an Uchiha.
