I only go back so far, I don't recall Naruto's parents coming into question as a theory. The Fourth Hokage always sounded like an easy guess for the father, but I guess the mother caused some speculation.
....I never thought of that.
Maybe we shouldn't take the anime into account and assume he just took a while before going to the moon, at least enough to have earthern children. Yeah, I think I'll go with that.
Oh, I remember there was this one too. The Sojobo theory. It was really well built during the time it came out and I was one of the many people who praised the hell out of it at the time.

-Some weird theory that orochimaru is some kind of ancient being. Like he's been around kaguya's time and he persuaded her to eat the chakra fruit. A user named Rabbiteth or something made that theory.
