Do you genuinely believe that Obito did all this for Rin or just bandwagon?

I've noticed that when chapter 600 came out, once the big reviewers started saying it, everybody started saying it :/ IMO I don't believe he did by far, but I wanted to get other people's opinions.

He didn't do it just for Rin. Rin was merely what pushed him over the edge. He probably doesn't care too much about her anymore (Or at least I hope so, considering the fact that she is like 15 years younger than her right now)

Obito was never the "winner" he was always in Kakashi's shadow, the girl he loved didn't even really notice him next to Kakashi. The longer your with someone the more you listen to what they actually say. Madara easily could have could have easily convinced him of his plan.

Rin was merely the tipping point, not the whole reason for his insanity.

if it was just for her then wouldn't he have made Nagato use the rinne tensei to revive her long ago? everything he's doing is for something way bigger than himself. kids/haters/self righteous pricks on the base just don't seem to be able to comprehend that.
