In response to all the pairing threads lately, I want to ask you guys a question: Do you find it normal for someone to love a person who does not show any signs of liking you back since childhood? Don't you think one would get over it in that amount of time? Just to make this clear, this goes for both Hinata and Sakura, so no I'm not hating. I'm just one of these persons who have problems understanding the pairing tards...

In a first crush-type scenario, yeah it is normal to hold onto for longer than one should for no real reason. Though the degree to which Sakura and I guess Hinata did it is a little...unrealistic.

Hinata still loved Naruto after he ignored her for 7 years. In real life the best case scenario is a year at best
Sakura still loved Sasuke and was always a bag of tears when he was gone.In real life women would have moved on and not remained a bag of tears for 7 years

Naruto's "crush" on Sakura lasted 7 years.Unrealistic with a capital U .He also compared Hinata's love for himself with his love for ramen after she nearly died for him.IRL any guy whould have dumped the girl who insults and beats him up and fallen for Hinata soon after she saved his life.

To sum it up.They are all unrealistic even for fiction

Depends on what u takes as normal. Thinking about it from Hinata's perspective, she saw Naruto as an inspiration. A shining light in life. That kinda thing sticks pretty well.

Sakura on the other hand loved Sasuke and later came to see he was suffering. She couldn't do anything to stop him from trying to destroy himself, but she couldn't let him go especially knowing there was a good side to him.

I wouldn't rush to find any excuses for Hinata though. She most likely should've seen that Naruto likes Sakura. Or her eyes should at least be able to tell that. Loving someone who likes someone else kind of sucks so I think letting go would've been the best option for her too.

It is normal to love someone for his behavior and personality.
Some like getting treated badly, but not to the level for that person to try to kill them.

Hinata is normal the way I see it but she had shown signs of obsession.
Sakura's crazy.

In Hinata's case even if she saw Naruto loved Sakura I doubt that her feelings would change. :|
Love doesn't change so easily.

It does especially when you aren't meeting the person on a daily basis. Let's be honest here, in part 2 they didn't encounter each other all that often. She just kept clinging onto her own obsession.

japanese and love =>
You must be registered for see images

sorry but in my book, you have a crush, you become mentally and physically intimate and lovey dovey so you obviously want to go on more and date and ONLY after this all, you can say: hey imbecile i think i fall in love with you finally.

if you believe you can fall in love before going trough all these steps, it's not love, a crush, passion or lust yep but not love!!!

japanese know as much as kiddos about love, this is simply concerning because it explains a lot about their psychological issues with intimacy/***/love/bonds etc

U should think about part one before making this assumption. Second Hinata isn't like u. Strictly from a gender stand point women fall in love harder than men
