[Question] Do you face any problems?

Hey guys, Do you face any problems while posting or making a thread?
I mean, I face problems during this. The problems are that I can't use the options like Bold, Underlined, Spoiler, Italics etc. Most of the times when I'm logged in, My text box doesn't have the tools panel. And thus I had to type the BB codes through keyboard. I remember only specific tags. So I can't use any colors on the text.
All I can add to the text is Italics, Underline, Bold, size, Image, Glow, Spoiler, url. Because these are simple to use. But I had to type these tags to the text.
I can't access to the colors to the text, the different fonts to the text, the video tags and many more.
Also why replying to the posts or editing the posts, the page doesn't opens in the same TAB, I had to open a new Window for replying or editing.

What could be the problem?
Can anyone help me in this matter?

But I still can't even by reloading the page. Also the smileys on the right, and the [More] option I can't access them in this state

I got the tools panel back.
