208. Bench 275 six times, but I don't do max. I'm also 6'3. I'm 20.

Monday is leg day.
Tuesday is Chest/abs
Wednesday is rest
Thursday is Back
Friday is shoulders/arms.

I take syntha-6 after I work out. I eat 6 times a day. Including while at work and in between college classes.

I have no use to lie. I won't meet any of you guys. My dad and his brothers are also hge. Dad was 220 benching 450 in his prime.

I also work at a supplement/nutrition store. That helps a bit...

Yes I do.. Every other day I do Bench press/Shoulders/ Biceps/ Triceps/ and Back. On the days I skip for the other day are abs. I've just started working out and so far i've gotten an 8 pack and I went from benching 120 Lb's to 150 Lb's and I weigh 150 Lb's.

i take hapkido.. so your eh? dam 12 hours man i work12 hours a day crayyy
champion martail artist?
rank/level tournement
region
age group
wieght class
im guessing karate tournament?

I used to live in Hong Kong in my 20's and I fought on the underground circuit in fight clubs. I'm 32 now and retired and married. Wife made me quit, lol. No, I would never fight in a karate tournament because even though it's a good martial art, I feel like Chinese arts are in a different class. You said you take hapkido? That's badass if it's the original Korean version. Masters are deadly with only one or two hits.

Personally
Age- 19
Height - 5' 9"
Weight- 182lbs

Benchpress 1rep max= 340lbs, 10 rep max= 255lbs
Deadlift 1 rep max= 450lbs , 10 rep max = 350lbs
Squat 1 rep max= 405lbs , 10 rep max = 305lbs

I'd be happy to discuss routines for lifting, specifically building strength and bulking with anyone interested.

Yeah I might just do that :) He wasn't just a very fit man but also very wise. And yea I'd like to try out a japanese martial art for sure. Taekwon do was fun though I'd like to try something else, something more practical (tkd is generally useful learning but there are moments where you practice techniques that look better than they are effective if you know what I mean).

Hapkido is Korean and there are many styles of karate but, whatever you learn try to find a original oriental martial art because many american counter parts are watered down. In the 70's during the big kung fu movie era many martial arts got imported here but, most Asian masters didn't trust foreigners with their whole teaching. Since, american martial arts has turned into a popular sport and most are now thought for sport only or self defense. So you have to try to find one suited to your needs. Asian arts>American arts and IMHO Chinese Arts are best. Just don't learn a flashy movie martial art or MMA that stuff is junk. Sorry but it's the truth I know 5 different fighting styles but, I never combine them because it deludes the style.

But do you even lift?

I don't need to, I'll be honest as well I could probably only bench like 150, and I'm 5' 10-5' 11, and weigh like 160, but because I use to skate so much I can squat 342.5 max, i beleive that was like three or four years ago though when i was in high school but I've only tried to squat once in my life because I'm so fast and can jump so high my friend Cheyenne got me to try it once just to see how much I could do. So that was only a one time thing, and I only know how much I can bench because Cheyenne got me to try that as well. I wasn't into it really weight lifting is too boring and slow for me though. No offence youngsters.

15 years old, 5"11, 150lb

5 days a week, depends on how i'm feeling but the regular schedule is
mon, wens, fri - work on the bench press (Seated: 220lb max, regular 140lb max), triceps, and quads
tues, thurs - Biceps (usually curls, low weights like 20lb but high reps), core (planking), hams, and cardio (cardio is only on the thursdays, because i hate cardio with a passion)

Yes asian style is the best, that's the truth, and I agree. Bruce Lee was , to name one great martial artist, all about the practical moves.

Never work out, But I can lift a 300lb donkey and carry it to the barn... Not a "work out everyday" guy, but a farmer. There's no need to pointless excercise every day if you just live your life replacing chainsaws with axes, etc. that sort of thing.

lol at this guy's attitude. Your squat weight is average and the fact that you look down on "youngsters" who "never get out of the house" is sad, especially when your location says "on my couch." The people posting in this thread have some solid routines, you sound like a clown trying to make fun of them while they build and post some impressive stats. You don't belong in this thread.

I'm a Biology Major so I don't have much time for working out everyday. However, being the nerd that I am, I designed a workout plan that only requires 3 days of the week to do it. I was 130 in the beginning but now I am 140 after 7 weeks.
Day 1(pushing motions) usually tuesday
1) Chest
2) Triceps
3) Deltoids

Day 2(pulling motions) usually friday
1) Biceps
2) Lats
3) Traps

Day 3(legs) usually sunday

This is my regimen. Oh and no cables because free weights work your muscles more. Protein shakes are a must for gaining weight.

10 lbs in 7 weeks? Great routine. Props on maintaining that while majoring in biology too, I have some friends majoring in that and chemistry and they study 7 days a week

Hmm I was just wondering, should you work out everyday consistently over a 3-4 day period, or could could you workout one and then rest the next? Need some tips on how to get muscle lol

It depends on what I'm doing atm, I've done bulking phases a few times but more recently I've gotten into beachbody programs, did 3 rounds of p90x(not straight, I lifted over the summer) and I wanna do a round of insanity if I can get my hands on the DVDs(without paying 120$ xd)

When I get into lifting I usually bench like 225(on decline I get like 260 though), besides that I mostly use dumbells, depending on the exersize anywhere between 50 and 110 lbs.
