Who in this base works out? what kind of workout are you on, what are you taking, brag about what you max, stuff like that. Ex. I'm 185, 6'0 just taking protein and on a split-section workout right now (Day 1 Chest/Tris, Day 2 Back Bis, Day 3 Shoulders/Legs, Day 4/Rest), trying to bulk to 200 by the end of next year.

I do not lift I personally prefer keeping in shape through Belegarth and ultimate frissbi

I'm 168 6"0 and I can bench press (all the way down, no ***** 90 degree shit) 200 so I'm very proud of that :)

Day 1 Chest and back
Day 2 Legs
Day 3 triceps (i dont work out biceps)
Day 4 Legs
Day 5 abs, shoulders, cardio

Weekend I rest

Nah that kinda stuff bores me sports are much more fun and interactive so a play a few different ones depending on the season.

i have a treadmill so i run everyday xd , some pushups & shake weight xd

Yeah.. Here's a pic after football game, and was trying to look cool lol :| .. I'm 5'9 1/2 .. 165lb's .. My goal is 220lbs..
My current stats are..

Benchpress:260
Squat:425
Deadlift:320

im 200 lbs 6.0, right now im trying to lose 15-20 for end of the year. I train 3 time a week + 2 day of badminton class. big arm workour tommorow !!! No pain No gain

haha every time I see someone benching to 90 degrees i die a little inside. Solid routine though man, legs twice a week is intense I have to ask what are you squatting right now?

Good luck to you man consistency is key. Also badminton is the shit!! haha its my favorite sport i wish my college had a team

I never really got into working out. I just stayed active through karate, basketball, football, etc. I'll admit I'm out of shape right now, but that's due to being inactive for about 7-8 months with an injury.

Hey man, when that injury heals up get back into it.. I used to be outta shape badly when I was 13.. Bleh was like 80lbs :|

My max squatting is 3 Plates 20. I feel like squatting is the funniest most entertaining way of lifting. I dont have money to buy protein so all i get is the regular regeneration of my muscles so i would've been stronger. One of my friends take Jack'd and that shit is crazy!! You'll work out for days and nights non stop! lol

Lol just started 2months ago legit man.. On a bulk currently, but do I really look all that cut? I gained 30lbs(fat and muscle) over the 2months.. Other than that all I did was football.

It's pretty much healed. Last October I hurt my back pretty badly, and ended up getting surgery this April. About a month ago I was starting to get back into activity, and ended up tearing ligaments in my foot playing basketball. Go figure lol

hahaha man I don't trust that pre-workout stuff, first off its way expensive and second when you take it your heart feels like its going to explode. As for protein it sort of helps, and creatine (which i took for a little bit) helped me gain about 10lbs, but nothing is more important than a good diet and getting lots of sleep. Both of which are difficult to manage when your going to school full time and working two jobs :/
