Sorry for the deep dark turn, but I want to hear people's opinions on this. Do any of you consider death a sad thing? Cause I think of it as "well at least that person's truly happy now (referencing to some kind of happy place after one dies), even if they're dead"

Never though i'd see this from you Lol. I consider it sad since you would leave your loved ones, I'm not necessarily a super religious person although i believe in a place after "Death"

Now for a loved one it is truly sad and bittersweet depending on the circumstances. You would feel broken for a long time, but happy for the person as their pain ended and they gained access to "that" place.

life cant be taken, you dont have a life, you are life, life has no opposite, death is the opposite or birth, people fear death because they fear the loss of identity, but you are not your identity. remove everything you have one by one, and you, the essence of you, life it self is still there. Id like to say i dont fear death, but its still a hard thing to do, one that is accomplished threw time and lessons learned threw experience.

Well if they commit suicide or die from a horrible disease I feel it's a good thing because before that they must of been suffer a lot especially with sucide because if they were sad enough to take their own life then it must if been bad and like cancer they had to be in a lot of pain.... . . I know it's weird for me to say that but that's just my opnion on death
