Do you consider the additions in the anime fight to be canon?

There's so much arguing going on about the new anime episode. So tell me, do you consider the material that SP added to the VOTE2 fight as canon?

Whenever a different character like Kakashi, Obito, Sakura, etc. gets new moves in the anime everyone immediately dismisses it as filler, but with this fight everyone is treating it very differently.

That's not how it works, what's in the manga is canon, what isn't in the manga isn't canon until Kishimoto says it is.
That fight isn't cannon yet, like Ashura's 3 children aren't cannon.
