Do you consider Kakashi as a hero?

We all know he's earned the name 'Hero of the Sharingan' along with Kid Obito but do you consider him to be a hero to Konoha? He's been through quite a horrible life and I find it amazing how he is able to still be so strong willed and protects the people of Konoha with all his power.

kakashi was the son of a disgrace, let his comrades die, failed to keep his promise to obito, had to fight obito to the death, and let his student become a rogue. all those bad things could make any good character turn evil or lose faith, but no. Kakashi has always been a true shinobi and what all characters should aspire to. i admire kakashi, even though he is not one of my favorites, he is indeed awesome!

Tsunade should've really been killed off or at least crippled this war, so Kakashi could take over that title.

If Rin was still alive, Kakashi would've had kids already and he wouldn't have been team 7 captain, meaning that Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, Tazuna, and the fodder Jonin would've all been fodderized by Zabuza and Cat.

Obito was not entirely Kakashi's fault. Part of the blame is also on Minato. And Madara, who is probably most at fault.

Kakashi is totally a hero.

Kakashi saved the leaf village from the Jinchuuriki inside Rin. He also sacrificed his life to save Choji from one of the Pain's missiles (Only to be later revived by the dragon balls- I mean by Rinne Tensei)
