Do you care about pairings?

Basically every time Naruto interacts with either Sakura or Hinata the fans of the respective pairings basically have a fit (of happiness or disappointment). There are a lot of pairings in the fandom...but hardly any in the canon. I just saw that thread of a whole lot of really random pairings, and sometimes the fanbase takes it to the extreme (when it's not even that important in the manga). So what are your feelings on this? Do you want any specific pairings to happen? Do you just not care?

Guys please don't have a fight over this also.

I'm reading this manga and watching this anime for the action, because it's an action series. I can't stand when people try to pin pairings to everything like how they said "OMG NARUHINA HE'S HOLDING HER HAND" before he proceeded to do it to the rest of the alliance, and just putting it out there that it didn't mean NaruHina to begin with. I know what couples are going to happen, but I do not care in the least about romance in an action series unless it's something like Inuyasha or Kenichi, and whatnot.

i just simply want naruto X hinata to happen i know it might not matter in the story but naruto always wanted to know what having a family ever felt like basically wanting to know what being loved feels like and the next best thing has been in front of him the whole time it just bothers me lol thats why i want naruhina to happen

I do have an interest in pairings. They add a realistic or humane dynamic to the characters that would otherwise be entirely absent from the manga.

How can you have this many people and them to have not interest in one another...takes away from the feeling of emotions!

My mother and I like to guess at who will end up with who and I always lose the bet... she's good! She voted for Hinata and Naruto the first time they interacted. lol When I told her about chapter 615 she said "See! I told you!"

I prefer crack parings because they are fun to write about in fanfics or read.
