Let me correct you. There's Minato, Tobirama, Kakashi, Obito and Naruto fapkids who agree with the OP. I think that when Sasuke is shot at, you take a chance at it and immediately d!ck ride. Genius does not necessarily refer to one's intelligence in this manga. Sasuke's "genius" hype could very well be addressing his Uchiha [and Indra incarnation] potential. In this manga, unless explicitly stated, genius =/= smart.

That being said, I still consider Sasuke's intelligence to be among the best in the manga (a bit below Kakashi, on par with the likes of Minato / Itachi). He was always a tactical fight (especially in his Hebi stage, and even now).

I definitely think Minato's a very smart guy but I don't understand why it would be outrageous to put sasuke on his level or above. Probably his best genius feat is figuring out kamui. Sasuke has figured out the mechanics of several techniques and broken them down
