Personally I don't think so, why? because that would break the kishimoto's number 1 rule, which is sakura is always useless.
I can't imagine a universe with a useful sakura.

Just like how there are bound to be millions of other planets with life, the chances of other universes existing outside of ours is highly probable.

Yes. There are other universes and planets and even alternate ones. Take Earth for example; we are born, we live, we die. On some other planet they may be born a different way, they live a different way, but don't die, per se, unless killed. Or say that they even look like us but are total opposites, etc....Also there are planets with people that have psychic powers and magick, much like here, but possibly ten times better or cooler and used in many different ways.
