yeah, there is 50-50 percent chance that Orochimaru will take over any Uchiha body in future. More likely to be Obito, since he has weakened and then maybe Madara.

Yeah it was foreshadowed. Sasuke talking about reviving Orochimaru and suddenly a flash to Madara touching his neck. It was the same in the manga and anime.
