Do you believe in the Casting Couch when it comes to media and entertainment?

It's the theory that women, and if the people in charge of directing are sick and twisted enough, even young girls do sexual favors for the directors/producers to get roles in TV shows/movies/etc. Do you believe this goes on? Also I'm not forgetting about the men and young males, there's rumors that they are also casting couched. I believe this happens since it is known people in power tend to think they're above common sense and decency. Priests, police, and other people in power have tricked people into doing sexual things, so I doubt directors are different. Although, I bet there are a lot of good directors that take their work seriously. Anyways, what do you think?
