I think that public school need to start teaching kids what the army taught me.
Loyalty- Don't screw your friends. Don't betray them. People love talking behind each others backs these days. Don't be one of them.
Duty- Be where you need to be and pull your own weight when your there.
Respect- Give everyone a certain level of it. They can learn more or lose it. The words sir and ma'am are more powerful than you know.
Selfless Service- When someone needs help help them. Don't think about what's in it for you.
Honor- If you think youll be ashamed to tell people about something don't do it.
Integrity- Doing the right thing when nobody's watching. Honesty.
Personal Courage- Stand up and meet lifes challenges head on. Don't avoid them. Beat them.
