BSM Naruto was in mid-air and had nothing to redirect to. He also had tree roots coming from all directions, so he was pretty much f*cked. Hiruzen still SOLOS!

I have come to understand that Hiruzen on the base is considered by most to be "fodder" I don't understand why he gets ranked so low especially if he didn't even get the chance to show his full abilities in the war yet. Shuriken Shadow Clone jutsu was just to analyze Obito's attacks. Also anyone saying he does not have an A rank technique is wrong. Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu IS an A rank technique

I find it hard to believe that someone whom both Hashirama and Tobirama believed in to protect the future shinobi could be weak.

Here is what I know
- 3rd person to earn the name "God of Shinobi. Surprisingly only 3 shinobi share this name. The SO6P, Hashirama Senju and Hiruzen Sarutobi. If Tobirama and Minato were strong, how come they never earned these titles. Hiruzen must have done something great in order to earn this nickname.

Even after Hiruzen had sealed parts of his soul away, fought for quite some time, diminished his chakra greatly with shadow clones, disarmed Orochimaru sword in close combat easily, and had the speed to sneak up in front of him and while having the sword of Kusangi pierced through him, he was still able to hold Orochimaru's soul with the Reaper for an 1 hour long.

The problem with hiruzen is we expected a lot out of him since he was called god of shinobi, but at the time he was called that he was already an old man who had lived in peace for a long time which old age and a long time without conflict diminished his skills

We expected to see an oldman show God like powers but he is too old but what I will say is even in his old agehe was very powerful because no akatsuki member attacked until he died, even itachi and kisame came a couple days after hiruzensdeath whether u guys will believe they waitedtill he died because of his power that's up fory'all to believe but the proof is in the pudding

Also old hiruzen is stronger than any of the current kage, I doubt any of the current kage can go toe to toe with oro whilefighting two endlessly repairing edo of hashirama and tobirama, also most guys willcounter and say the edo weren't at 100%well a 50% hashirama can still beat most shinobi that are currently alive

Plus Emma can outmatch most in taijutsu and can use kage bushin

Old hiruzen is top 15 even in part 2 it has been mentioned that hiruzen was extremely powerful, danzo who was very powerful upon his death after facing sasuke danzo still said he was still behind hiruzen and we all knw danzo was hella powerful but he still said he was behind hiruzen and that hiruzen skill using any tech is unsurpassed

People on the base aren't as bright as I thought. They've been too caught up with part II power scaling that they deem pretty much any feat from part I as fodder. Brilliant..

Sadly, they believe in this fairy tale here the "power scale" apparently changed. (Even though Naruto and Sasuke and other K11 and kids were fodder compared to the Jounin and top tier ninja.)
