You are so ignorant it hurts. A person could cure cancer, prevent world hunger, or have world peace. And you are telling me if they don't believe in your so called "god". They don't go to a better place. Hell the things I named are actually more of an acomplishment then what God actually did. Because you can actually prove someone accomplished the things I stated.

Simple question. To Christians, do Muslims, Jews, Hindus, etc. go to Heaven if they don't believe in Jesus? Same question to Muslims and Jews. What if Christians don't believe Allah or Yahweh? They will go to Hell, right?
What kind of benevolent god would offer salvation to only a fraction of his children, and send the rest to eternal damnation?

I'm an atheist.

Partly because of the fact that the burden of proof lays with the people making a claim. Sure you can have faith in something but that doesn't make it true, little kids might have faith in Santa, the easter bunny, the tooth fairy etc...that doesn't mean any of them are real. I shouldn't have to try to prove their isn't a god if you can't even prove their is one.

I'm an Agnostic, because I find it the most logical explanation; no one can be sure whether there's a supernatural power, God, etc. To be honest, all the atheists base are such because of the Science, but if you give it a thought, to some point the Science is as much a believe as religion is. All facts and theories are based on our rationality and our perception, therefore you can't be sure whether it really is universal or even whether it's true.
On the other hand, religions base their ideology on pure faith without even trying to give a proper proof.
At the end, neither can be really a trusted to prove God's existence. So you simply can't be sure whether the Supreme Being or Power exists or not.

Belief in God is the one which makes a man human. If u don't believe in God then u probably don't believe in Justice or Equality. Everyone shall be answerable for his/her deeds in the afterlife because one can not simply live an immoral life and get away with it. There has to be justice and that shall be done. I think that Muslims, Christians and Jews are having a right mindset to counter life but it then depends on ur faith that how strong it is.

Religion shapes up a person's life and without God life would be simply meaningless. Allah sent prophets to guide his people and still only a few enlightened souls could grasp the meaning of FAITH. So its fair to say that the dumb ones are keen to take up atheism otherwise one would have and unwavering belief in the Ultimate Creator, the Omnipotent and of course the Almighty

Are you serious? I'm agnostic, which means I don't deny that he exist but there's not enough proof for me to actually believe. In a way I'm neutral though you're wrong about that, I'm a person who strongly believes in equality and justice, I'm a nice person and treat others with respect if they respect me as well. I would even give up my life to save a complete stranger I just met and I'm not religious at all.
There's been religious people who aren't just or see equality, trust me. So that's a pretty close minded thing to say and judging others is also a sin so you shouldn't say that when you don't know every single person out there.

You ask atheists who provoked the Big Bang? Who created this universe? And atheists have no solid answer to this.

So my question is, if you argue that the universe had to be created by someone, namely God, then who or what could have possibly created God,this omnipotent being in the first place?

My explanation:
The concept of God has to be looked into carefully. There's nothing wrong with speculating that one may exist, which is entirely possible. It is highly unlikely that proof exists in the physical reality we are consciously aware of, but I think it to be more probable that a creator of such power would retain a complexity and makeup that far surpasses our reality.
Think of it this way:
An artist that creates a picture can make it truly beautiful and astounding. His creation, the picture, cannot interact with him however. I believe this same rule applies to the creation of our reality. No matter what we do, we cannot interact with this being until we break our ties with this reality, a.k.a death.
Can I prove that such a God exists? No. Even if there was proof, it is highly unlikely that it resides in a creation. The proof would more likely exist in the same realm of the creator.
Can I be wrong? Of course. I'm a free thinker, but I see nothing wrong with viewing the existence of a deity or creator completely irrational. Anything is possible. That is why, I am agnostic.
The God that I believe in at the moment, is the beautiful reality we see before us. I see the magnificent beauty in nature, and the forms of life we witness. The beauty itself is worthy enough to be labeled as a God. The fundamental nature of the universe, which we bare witness to every day. Nothing has ever compared to this beauty.

I was raised in a christian family. as a kid i strongly believed in god. as i got older, i started to doubt more. i feel bad like i hurt god for losing my faith in him. i am currently agnostic because even though i see no harm in believing in god and following his ways, my logical side will always doubt him.
