It's kind of hard for me not to believe in their existence as I've been sensing and seeing things for a long time. So much so that I just ignore it nowadays. I've seen light orbs, faces, silhouettes with faces, strongly felt presences, etc. I would keep my mouth shut about it and when friends would stay over they all reported having nightmares at the time I had what I call a ''parasite'' near me. Some of the people that stayed the night would wake up screaming..
But that is over now, finally.
