Hell yes I believe in E.Ts, and yes I believe they've visited us. I believe they have secret bases all over the earth, and they come and go as they please.

We don't see them, because they don't want us to.

A place I believe they visit often is Area 51.

But a billion dollars is a very real thing, outside of science fiction. A billion dollars has been recorded, cited, seen, et cetera by a crapload of more credible people than those who have seen aliens. That's not a very good analogy.
