No, if they existed they certainly wouldn't have more technology than we do, so wouldn't have been able to break the speed of light. Also, in order for someone to travel between solar systems, you'd need to go much faster than the speed of light, so just breaking that barrier wouldn't be enough.
Of course, I'm a Creationist who believes the universe to merely be around 6,000 years old. Maybe to someone else who thinks it's billions of years old, then interstellar travel may be possible to have developed somewhere else. Even still it's doubtful since going faster than the speed of light is, well...impossible. Now bending space is more probable, but still a bit of a stretch I think.
