Itachi told sasuke to not attack kabuto, he did failed.

Then Itachi attacked kabuto, was sliced in way i think, then it shows itachi useing izanami.


im to lazy to go re read manga to see if its different but, in anime kabuto only struck itachi like once or twice. Is anime different from the manga?

Even then itachi was a zombie edo, which could not be defeated by such attacks, which kabuto was foolish enough to be baited into

When Izanagi is activated, the eye goes blind. Izanagi and Izanami are directly related to each other.

What you saw in the anime, just like in chapter 580, was the beginning of Izanami. However, it still has to be set up and completed. Just like in the manga.
