I feel will have to run on 10's instead of 5's
The categories are
Ninjutsu taijutsu gen jutsu
Intelligence strength speed
Handseals

This is how I would think the people in the data books will be

Naruto
Ninjutsu: 9
Taijutsu: 7.5
Genjutsu: 10
Intelligence: 7
Strength: 7
Speed: 7
Stamina: 10
Hand seals: 5
Overall 62.5 (note this is base NO BM SM kinda applies because I believe over time it helps ur speed reflexes and strength grow cuz ur body can't go through that type of process without changing and adapting to those changes BM is a cloak so his body is protected.. Also if u do it by reg terms 31.25)
But yeah BM everything physical would basically b 10's lml
Sasuke
Ninjutsu:10

Speed: 9(this is including sharigan reflexes)

Sasuke has always had higher taijutsu than naruto

Sasuke actually does good taijutsu (also swordsmanship adds to his taijutsu )
He just has Susanno now but Remeber the other data books was written in beginning of shippuden and sasukes taijutsu has def gotten better sense beginning of shippuden

Naruto once again counters every Genjutsu except KA because the guy won't know it's being used on him but that's debatable cuz it might not work cuz kurama might feel it...

ok you are imune to genjutsu but naruto can't used it .. that's why .. well he can do just like jman in his fight with pain summoning the 2 frogs on his shoulder and use genjutsu and yeah that will be a 10 for his genjutsu ... and yes kurama will now allow them to fussion with naruto ...

but we don't know if this can happen.

I think letting Sasuke have his Sharingan isn't really all that fair. You're taking away Naruto's equivalent to a pseudo-kekki genkai, yet allowing Sasuke his blood line trait. It's rather ignorant to do so, considering "Base form" For Naruto, is no BM. And "Base form"-being the way you were born, would be Sasuke without Sharingn. -.-;

Except Tsukuyomi (Itachi's version). With SM he has better Taijutsu thanks to Kawazu Kumite. And Sasuke only sits still, spamming Enton while Naruto works his ass off to get an opening to the opponent with Kage Bunshins who use almost only Taijutsu.

The last Databook says that Naruto = Sasuke in Taijutsu. So, so far, saying "Naruto isn't as good at Sasuke in Taijutsu" is false.

First of all, Sharingan doesn't increase your speed or reflexes. It simply allows a foresight to the enemy's next move. If one lacks the speed on their own to avoid the enemy, then this aspect of the Sharingan is essentially useless. This was shown by Rock Lee being able to out speed Sasuke multiple times, even though Sasuke was using his Sharingan. The Sharingan, in no way actually boosts speed.

Susano'o may be part of Sasuke's arsenal, but Kurama is also a part of Naruto's arsenal. The argument of you removing BM from Naruto, isn't really logical, due to it being another option available to Naruto. In that mode, it's still Naruto's logic, and Naruto's decisions. It's not like it's two people fighting necessarily at the same time. If you wanted a fair, unbiased book, you wouldn't just go around putting limitations on some characters, but not on them all.

naruto would still have a lot of stamina even without the kyubi and sasuke can't keep his sharingan on forever..
