Do you agree that people should sacrifice themselves for the villages? That they should even betray comrades for the better sake of the mission? That they should eradicate all things that make them human? Your opinions?

I don't ...I think being a good person and human being comes first. Something Kakashi's father did when he didn't kill his comrades

That depends. whats your nindo and do you approve of it. the ninja way is decided by the ninja. after that you have to endure until your dreams are realized."Do what needs to be done for peace." are some people's ninja beliefs and if killing your best friend or whole clan is necessary then it must be done. Sacrifices must be made so you simply have to figure out if your nindo is worth enduring.

I don't agree in betrayal but living in peace is the best reason even though u can't be weak and be able to defend your home.

I personally am in the middle. On one hand ninja shouldn't be naive and should know what their job entails when they get into it, but on the other hand keep your morals. Do what you can for the good of the village, even the dirty work but never lose yourself in it. (e.g. Kill if necessary but don't enjoy it). They should find their purpose for fighting (e.g. Protecting family e.t.c.) and find a balance.

i get it but in the end peace cannot be achieved through sacrifice...as madara said, you are putting a cart before the horse...a goal doesnt justify the means IMO

If the Horse is on steroids it could possibly push the cart from behind....

Being human comes first; the village is important; but the most important thing is being "human" and protecting what is humane overall; also it depends on the mission and the possible outcomes.

The village isn't a place, its the people. If you stop protecting the people all that is left is buildings.

If killing/sacrficing an enemy/yourself saves thousands by a logical standpoint yes ... doesn't make it right
