Do you agree the the Village Hidden In The Mist is the worst?

I'm pretty sure as of now the village is in good shape before the war started. But years ago it was a really devastating place. Some things went horrible and it was the start of the Akatsuki.

I'm still gonna wonder how Obito control the Mizukage. It's gone be in the back of my head...-_-

Yea that village seemed like a horrible place to live. That one and amegakure seem like the worst to live in.

Hidden Rain is the worst, seeing how its war torn

I'd say the worst (in terms of strength) would be either the hidden grass village or hidden sound (orochimarus made up village). The Hidden rain would be bad now, before pain had been its "Protector" in a sense... I swear I remember reading or watching the anime and seeing people say that pain is the protector of the hidden rain. (I may be mistaken)
