I think he should learn sealing techs of his clan somehow and FTG for base mode and at least if not new jutsus form rasengan one handed in base mode and rasenshuriken one handed in sage

The whole premise of Naruto is that he is strong without learning a whole lot of jutsu's. His character development will not allow him to learn many "new" jutsu's he will however increase the power and potential of the ones he already has, such as adding wind to the rasengan, and then learning how to throw it and control it in the air.
