Do we still have rights?

ok this is a question i wanted to ask you lot do we really have rights? in the usa we have the bills of rights and constitution. in other countries they got other laws to protect rights. but all in all do we have the rights that they so call say that is god given "and if you are a atheist than your rights you deserve". i think are laws are being taken away from us slowly. also on narutobase now i can't speak my mind over a character without getting a neg rep or ban for a hour. we need our rights backs. we need freedom of speech which also means freedom to bash. we need the right to voice our opinion without being punish for it stupidly.what you guys think you want your rights backs? or do you want to sit by and let them take it from you? also the second amendment could be dabated cause of dumb people miss using the law. also because the second amendment is a unjust law to begin with. but yea what are your opinions?

1st amendment : Prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances.

naruto base said no character bashing. which means i'm not allowed to voice my honest opinion about a character or be able to freely talk about a character. even if i were to bash them or not.

2nd amendment : Protects the right to keep and bear arms.

people misuse this law everyday. you can't be a grown man jumping on a teenager and then shot em to death or a bunch of teenagers shooting each other because they talk bad about you or your city, or because someone bully u in school. like that mayor of Utah said grow a pair. or walking around the city waving your gun around and then when a cop try to stop u u go and try like u know the law when u don't. yes you can walk with your gun but need licence and also follow the guidelines of the permit you get.

There's a difference between bashing a character blindly and putting a well thought out post about their flaws or why they are insignificant. Not to mention that it's the flame-wars that follow is commonly the reason why it's not allowed.

Also, apparently this site is based in the Netherlands, so I would assume that the US Constitution wouldn't apply, and even if it did, I believe this is a privately owned website so the admins/mods would be free to remove posts that are inappropriate or go against the terms and conditions that YOU agreed to when you registered. I don't agree with what the mods do sometimes but you just gotta live with it.

Chances are that what you said to "keep it real" caused a flame-war. If you seriously believe that there was nothing wrong with your posts, you should have messaged the admin asking why it was deleted.
