I was just thinking, do we overate extremely fast characters? (naruto, sasuke, and juubi jins are not included)
i believed the raikage proved that anything faster if not as fast as him can not dodge or physically react to his v2 lightning armor. this does not include a instant justu to block the attack like kamui or susanno.
now with that logic, nobody other then (those excluded above) ftg users and other raikages can dodge or even block a raikage. we can all agree that the hashirama > 3rd raikage. but hashirama is no where as fast as the raikages. so logically he would get speed blitzed since 3rd raikage > hashirama's hand movements to create say a wall or even jump out of the way.
so based on ay vs naruto, the 3rd raikage should easily kill hashirama, hiruzin, and all of the other none ftg kages. since gaara's ultimate defense weakness is speed (raikage faster then part 1 gated lee) even if gaara's sand got faster, he probably couldnt defend himself anyway, easily killing the tchikages, mizu, and kakekages.

that would easily put him over itachi, yes itachi can react with susanno but as sasuke could not visible keep up with ay, i have no reason to see why the 3rd raikage cant speed blitz from the other side of susanno without itachi being able to react to well to it. i doubt a sick itachi could take much of this. also if you consider dsm kabuto top 10 like i do, lightning is suigetsu's weakness and likely should be kabuto's to.
What do you think? I know the rikages are monsters but do we overate them? Or are they possible overpowered?
