Do Uchihas always turn on each other?

By the end of the show I believe an uchiha whether it be sasuke or
Obito will double cross madara.
According to plot it is always an uchiha that turn on one another.

Madara and The rest of his clan
(they made hashirama hokage instead
Him)

Itachi killing his family/clan
(he told the leaf about the coup d'etat)

Will Sasuke catch on or will "the one who knows everything"
