Do Uchiha parents tell their children to look them in the eyes?

If an Uchiha child is in trouble and looks away while talking to his parents, do they tell them to look them in the eyes? I mean, of course they're mad, so that sharingan is activated... someone is going to fall into a genjutsu. :|
