From What i seen the 3rd raikage is very hard to defeat and naruto defeat Raikage with his own attack.The third raikage also did not use black lightning for some reason .I feel he unbeatable .

Yes, But everyone has a weakness. As stated by Itachi.

The Third Raikage was controlled by Kabuto, so him utilizing his full abilities was not possible or it would be shown in the Anime to reveal stuff left out by Kishi.

Uchiha it depends. It does not mean that konohamaru will be stronger then the 3rd raikage.

the forth raikage surppassed the 3rd raikage in speed or strength idk which one but it was stated.the 3rd raikage was only stronger than the raikage before him it was never stated the 3rd was the best raikage in their country but instead it was the 3rd raikage is the best of previous one.
if you look at the sasuke vs raikage fight sasuke attacks were almost pratically useless(until blaze realease) and the raikage kept attacking sasuke even in blaze release injuring sussanno.
