This may open a can of worms. But I think it depends on how durable the opponents are, and what arsenal they're working with. A fast opponent fighting a tank who is so durable, they can shake off their attacks is going to be bad news for them-because it's going to take more+bigger fire power to hurt them. Because in this case, the speedster is going to tired down faster possibly, due to having to run around their opponent=which will exert a good bit of energy, while simultaneously using alot of fire power to bring down the tank-which may be additional strain on their body. So the tank may have a hard time touching them. But when they start to wear down, they'll be easier to catch. So speed needs to have some damn good and powerful attacks to bring their opponent down before they wear out.

But speed can win provided they're not fighting a huge tank, and don't have any serious powerful attacks.

I dont think iv seen anyone in the manga as durable as a tank lol
3rd Raikage is an exception tho

Most others have the same durability asnormal humans

How are they tanks???

Sakura got penetrated by a black rod
Madara cut Tsunade in half

The only people who are the most durable are

3rd Raikage and Ay

What she means to say is that their strength is coupled with unparelled healing abilities that can sustain them in even the worse situation.

Ay couldn't survive bisection or a sword thru the heart.

And Tsunade >> Ay or 3rd Raikage in durability.

Lol thats not Durability

Thats healing

Theres no such thing for healing described as durability

A tank is durable cause it can with stand heavy fire, and when it gets broken with too much fire and if u fix it(call it healing) and then gets back on track do u call tht durability??NO

Tsunade cant do that

She needs the Byakugou to HEAL

U need to learn the meaning of words

So Ay>Tsunade in durability

It depends on context and level of strenght...
Plus if the posessor of said strenght also have durability...
Example: The Hulk beat Quicksilver any day of the week, but Tsunade would lose to Minato...

So hypothetically if both people fighting each other were exactly the same just one was stronger and the other is faster. It depends. How much stronger is the person than the other and how much faster is the other person? Also what terrain are they fighting on? If they were fighting in a bathroom the stronger man would win easily. If they were fighting on a football field the faster one has the advantage. So to answer there is no correct answer.

That is assuming one can generate those types of speed. In most cases no that is incorrect. In real life that is wrong because a human can never be fast enough to generate enough power with speed. In Naruto that is possible.

Speed > Strength

Strength + Durability > Speed

We have seen what Tsunade has survived but apparently she gets speed blitzed.

That logic.

that a bad comparison a better one would be the flash vs the hulk P's. The flash wins

Speed is great because any attack is very low risk. Strength attacks tend to bring damage on the user as shown by how tsunade does her tai jutsu moves but must be in close range to inflict damage. This was why people like kabuto in part 1 was able to damage tsunade.

Yeah. I think of the film Dog Soldiers. Obviously spoilers, from film
Spoon was one of the smaller soldiers, and beat down the werewolf, that another had to come in and jump him.

But, the werewolves, being durable as hell, Spoon didn't kill it. But he did beat the crap out of it.

She was cut in half in BASE, she took a sword to the heart in BASE. Look at your own information before you start telling other people to learn the meaning of their words.

Strength is the simple answer.

Speed is merely distance over time. In order for speed to be relative to strength, it will have to rely on mass to create force, something that strength can also use against it. So speed on it's own has no force to overcome strength. The mass would be the deciding factor in standing up to strength, not speed.

Strength is essentially mass itself, and is first and foremost a defensive component. It deals with a solid object's resistance to applied force and stresses.

Taking it further, applying force to strength creates it's more offensive component; work. Which is it's ability to cause displacement in an opposing object.

So basically strength is better. Since mass is apart of its natural component due to being an attribute to solid objects, it is essentially in itself both force and resistance. Speed needs mass added to it in order to increase it's strength. Strength only needs force to match speed. While speed needs a combination of force, mass, or density to match strength.
